Preparing a Will or Codicil

A codicil is an addition or amendment to your will. While it is always recommended to have all your requests
and bequests in your original will, sometimes one particular clause must be changed or an emergency prevents
meeting with a lawyer and time is of the essence. GMA is experienced and confident in providing advice on the
proper and legal expression of a codicil which ultimately minimizes the potential of a challenge to its validity.
