Condominium Dispute Resolution

developers, owners and shared-facility corporations, and in any other type of dispute.
Our clients range from the smallest to some of the largest and best-known condominiums
in Ontario. We also occasionally represent unit owners in disputes with their condominium
corporations, provided that there is no conflict of interest.

Our services for condominium corporations include declaration, by-law and rule enforcement,
construction deficiency litigation, lien collection, enforcement and power of sale
proceedings, small claims court matters, disclosure statement misrepresentations,
declarant accountability matters, mediation and arbitration and shared facilities
disputes. We are well-known for our condominium litigation at all levels of Court.

The Condominium Act, 1998 prescribes mediation
or arbitration in certain types of disputes. We can handle your mediation or arbitration

and the professional contacts for mediators to make sure that you get the most out
of mediation or arbitration.
