Recreation Centre Rules

Whether it is a pool, business centre, gym, tennis court or game, your facilities are a community focal point; a place for residents to meet, chat and have fun. A well drafted set of recreation centre rules can help to keep those facilities fun for everyone.

At GMA we have a flat fee Comprehensive Recreation Centre Rules package. Our package includes:

• Specialized Party Room Rules;
• Gym and Exercise Room Rules;
• Pool, Whirlpool and Sauna Rules; and
• Special Rules for Terraces, Gardens and Sun Deck.

Prices and Ordering
Every condominium is different and our package can be modified to suit the recreation facilities in your condominium community. The package includes a set amount of billable time for customizations (the exact hours are set out in our instruction form and subject to change). There are also optional services available at our standard hourly rates.
