Business Corporations

Professional Corporations
We incorporate special professional corporations for professional who are permitted to incorporate. Unlike a standard business corporation, a professional corporation usually requires an approval from the profession’s governing body, like the Law Society of Upper Canada (for lawyers) or the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (for dentists). At GMA we will incorporate a professional corporate including seeking any required approvals.
